All software products are delivered digitally by email. After your purchase has been completed, you will receive an order confirmation containing the information you need to get started. This normally includes your product key, download link, and installation or activation instructions.
Check Your Email Inbox #
Start by checking the inbox for the email address you used when placing the order.
The order confirmation is sent automatically after the purchase has been completed. In most cases, it arrives shortly after payment.
Check Your Spam or Junk Folder #
If you cannot find the order confirmation in your inbox, please check your:
- Spam folder
- Junk folder
- Promotions folder
- Other filtered inbox tabs
Sometimes automated order emails can be incorrectly sorted by your email provider.
Search Your Email Account #

This can help locate the email if it has been moved to another folder automatically.
Make Sure the Payment Was Completed #
If the payment was not fully completed, the order may not have been processed yet.
Please check whether you received a payment confirmation from the payment provider. If the payment is still pending, the order email may be sent once the payment has been approved.
Did You Enter the Correct Email Address? #
If you entered the wrong email address during checkout, the order confirmation may have been sent to that address instead.
If you suspect that the email address was entered incorrectly, contact our support team and include as much order information as possible so we can help locate the purchase.
Contact Support If You Still Cannot Find the Order #
If you have checked your inbox, spam folder, and payment confirmation but still cannot find your order, please contact us by email.
Include the following information so we can help you faster:
- Your full name
- The email address used when ordering
- Order number, if you have it
- Product purchased
- Approximate time and date of purchase
- Payment reference, if available
