This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on LicenseCorner.com.

All products sold are digital license keys delivered electronically immediately after payment.
No physical goods are shipped.

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are limited once a license key has been delivered.

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

However, under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, this right does not apply once digital content not supplied on a tangible medium has been delivered with your prior consent.

By placing your order and ticking the required checkout checkbox, you:

  • expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital license key;

  • acknowledge that performance begins immediately; and

  • acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery of the license key begins.

 

When We Offer Refunds

Invalid License Key

If a license key is proven invalid at first activation and:
- The issue is verified by our support team
- We are unable to provide a valid replacement after up to three reasonable attempts within a reasonable timeframe.

Product Not as Described

If the product materially differs from its description and:
- The issue is not caused by hardware incompatibility, incorrect installation, operating system limitations, or failure to meet minimum system requirements.
- You cooperate with troubleshooting
- The issue cannot be resolved after up to three reasonable support attempts

Duplicate Purchase

If the same product was purchased twice by mistake and:
- The additional key has not been activated
- You contact us without undue delay

When We Cannot Offer Refunds

License Key Already Delivered or Activated

Except where required by law or expressly stated in this policy, we cannot refund a license key solely because it has already been delivered or activated. Delivered license keys cannot normally be returned, revoked, deactivated, or resold.

Change of Mind

Due to the digital nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind after purchase. Please review product details carefully before buying.

Request After 30 Days

Refund requests under our voluntary refund policy should be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Requests submitted after this period may be denied. This does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

Failure to Cooperate With Support

Refunds will not be granted if you:
- Refuse to follow troubleshooting steps
- Fail to provide requested screenshots or information
