How to install Visio 2024 (PC)

In this guide we describe how to install and activate Visio 2024 on your PC. If you need help, contact our customer service for help with downloading, installing, and activating.

Step 1 #

First, connect your product key to your Microsoft account.

1. Click the button below.
2. Sign in with your Microsoft account.
3. Enter your product key.
4. Your license will now be linked to your account.

Step 2 #

After activating your key, download the installer for the software.

1. Click the button below.
2. Sign in to your Microsoft account if asked.
3. Find Microsoft Visio 2024.
4. Click Install to the right to start the download.
5. A setup file will be downloaded.

Step 3 #

1. Open the downloaded file.
2. Follow the installation steps shown on your screen.
3. The installation will take a few minutes.

Step 4 #

1. Open Visio.
2. Sign in with the same Microsoft account used in Step 1.
3. The software will automatically activate.

To confirm activation:

1. Open Visio
2. Click Account in the bottom left corner

Your license status will be shown there.
