Before you start

Confirm your purchase

Enter the email address used with your purchase. You can also use your order number or invoice number.

Use the same email address you entered at checkout, or use the order number from your order confirmation email or the LC invoice number from your PDF invoice.

Step 1

Installation ID

Enter all 9 groups with 7 digits per group exactly as they appear in the Office activation window. If you already copied the number into an app such as Notepad, paste it into the first box.

The Installation ID must contain 9 groups with 7 digits.

It normally takes between 5 and 30 seconds to retrieve your Confirmation ID.

Step 2

Confirmation ID

When the result is ready, your Confirmation ID is shown in groups, with each group in its own box so you can copy and paste one group at a time into the Office activation window and then click "Next".
