2. Nature of Products

All products sold on LicenseCorner.com are digital license keys or digital software licenses delivered electronically.

  • No physical goods are shipped.
  • No physical media is provided.
  • No pre-created user accounts are sold.

Upon successful payment, the customer receives:

  • A digital license key, activation code, or other activation information required for the product, and
  • Instructions for download, installation and activation.

Depending on the specific product, software installation files may be:

  • Downloaded directly from the respective software publisher, or
  • Provided via a digital download link supplied by LicenseCorner.

The applicable installation method is specified in the included instructions.

3. Independent Reseller and Trademarks

LicenseCorner operates as an independent reseller of digital software licenses.

Unless explicitly stated, LicenseCorner is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any software publisher.

All product names, logos, trademarks, and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification purposes.

4. Contract Formation

A binding agreement is formed when:

  1. You complete the checkout process, and
  2. Payment has been successfully authorized.

An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:

  • Obvious pricing errors
  • Technical errors
  • Incorrect VAT information
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

If an order is cancelled before delivery, a full refund will be issued.

5. Prices and Taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Unless otherwise stated, prices include VAT where required by applicable law.

VAT is calculated based on the customer’s location and status (consumer or business) in accordance with EU VAT legislation.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, technical inaccuracies, or incorrect pricing.

6. Business Purchases and VAT (B2B)

LicenseCorner sells to both consumers (B2C) and businesses (B2B).

6.1 Consumer Purchases (B2C)

For private individuals within the EU, VAT is charged based on the customer’s country of residence.

6.2 EU Business Purchases (Reverse Charge)

If you purchase on behalf of a business established in an EU Member State outside Sweden and provide a valid VAT identification number at checkout:

  • VAT will not be charged.
  • The transaction will be treated as a business-to-business (B2B) supply.
  • VAT will be accounted for under the reverse charge mechanism in accordance with Articles 44 and 196 of Council Directive 2006/112/EC.

By entering a VAT number, you confirm that:

  • You are acting as a taxable person.
  • The VAT number provided is valid at the time of purchase.
  • The purchase is made for business purposes.

We reserve the right to verify VAT numbers and to charge VAT if incorrect or invalid information is provided.

6.3 Swedish Businesses

For businesses established in Sweden, Swedish VAT will be charged in accordance with Swedish legislation.

7. Payment

Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
  • The information provided is accurate and complete.

We do not store full payment card details.

8. Delivery of Digital Content

Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

Delivery is considered to have begun when the digital license key, activation code, or activation information is displayed on-screen, sent by email, or otherwise made available to the customer.

In most cases, delivery is immediate. In certain cases, manual verification may delay delivery up to 24 hours.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the provided email address is correct and for checking spam or junk folders.

If delivery has not been received within a reasonable time, the customer must contact support before requesting a refund.

9. Activation Requirement

License keys should be activated within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise stated, so that any activation issues can be identified and resolved promptly.

After this period, our ability to provide activation support or replacement may be limited, for example due to supplier limitations or changes made by the software publisher. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Verifying system compatibility
  • Following installation instructions
  • Removing conflicting software where necessary

Failure to meet clearly stated system requirements does not constitute a defect, provided that the product information made those requirements available before purchase.

10. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Consumers within the European Union normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU.

However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

During checkout, you must actively confirm that you accept these Terms, the Refund Policy, and the immediate delivery of the digital license key or digital content.

By giving this confirmation, you:

  • expressly request and consent to immediate delivery of digital content;
  • acknowledge that delivery begins immediately after payment confirmation;
  • acknowledge that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.

The statutory consumer right of withdrawal applies only to consumers and does not apply to business purchases.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

11. Refunds and Defective Digital Content

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

If digital content is defective or does not conform to the contract at the time of delivery, consumers may be entitled to remedies under applicable law, including repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

We reserve the right to investigate and attempt to remedy any issue before issuing a refund.

Customers must contact support@licensecorner.com and provide necessary information for troubleshooting.

12. Prohibited Uses

License keys may not be:

  • Resold
  • Redistributed
  • Used in violation of the software publisher’s license terms

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • We are not responsible for incompatibility caused by customer hardware or operating systems.
  • We are not responsible for changes made by software publishers after purchase.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier disruptions, government actions, technical failures, natural disasters, or labor disputes.

15. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a binding contract.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

The version published at the time of purchase applies to your order.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer residing in another EU/EEA country, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer service, Swedish consumers may contact:

Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden (ARN)
Box 174
101 23 Stockholm
www.arn.se

Consumers within the EU may contact their national consumer dispute resolution body. A list of consumer dispute resolution bodies in the EU, Norway and Iceland is available through the European Commission’s consumer redress information pages.
